Ready to try it? Here’s the recipe:

 

For Pie:

 

1 cup Longmont Dairy Whipping Cream
1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
2 bananas, peeled and sliced into chunks
2 cups Longmont Dairy Milk
2 1.5 oz. packages Instant Vanilla Pudding

 

For topping:

 

2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar.
In mixer, whip 1 cup cream to form soft peaks Reserve the remaining 2 cups of cream.
Peel the bananas and cut into chunks.
In a large bowl, add 2 cups of milk to the pudding mix and stir quickly.
Add the whipped cream to the pudding mix and stir.
Add the bananas to the pudding mixture.
Pour the pudding mix into the pie crust, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours.

 

Topping:

 

Mix 2 cups of whipping cream and 1/3 cup sugar in a Whipped Cream Charger.

Serve pie with whipped cream topping. You can sprinkle the pie with chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
