1. Delivery Information

You should have received an email from Customerservice@LongmontDairy.com with your account number and regular delivery information. If you missed it, please call our customer service team at 303-776-8466 or check your “Junk” email box.
( Office hours are 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 6:30 a.m. to noon on Fridays.)

2. Online Account

To set up your online account, please click here: https://secure.longmontdairy.com/Activations/New .
Online, you can change your standing order, make changes and or skip your delivery.
5:00 p.m., the night prior to your delivery, is the deadline for online order changes.

3. Your Porch Cooler

The night before your delivery, check that your Longmont Dairy cooler is on your front porch, under the light and easy to see from the street.
Rinse and return your bottles to the porch cooler for pick-up. Please recycle bottle caps and do not return them.

Additional Information:

Weekly minimum delivery is three items. There is a $2.15 per week delivery charge.
Billings are sent the first week of the month and your automatic payment is processed around the 10th of the month.
Holidays: yes, we deliver on all regular delivery days that fall on a holiday.
Extreme weather issues and other notices will be posted on our website or sent by email.
Cold weather: leave a towel in the box so we can bundle up your delivery.
Hot weather: bring your fresh products inside early in the morning.
The porch cooler will not keep milk cool during a hot day.
Refrigerator temperature: the perfect temperature for milk is from 33° to 40°F.
At Longmont Dairy, your milk is “guaranteed until you drink it.”
