Longmont Dairy Farm announced today that their donations to local schools have exceeded $500,000 through the Longmont Dairy “Milk Caps for Mooola” School Program. Soaring Heights PK-8 School, in Erie, Colorado, was the lucky school to turn in the 10 millionth cap and earn a bonus of $1,000 above their regular donation for redeemed bottle caps.
When Katie Herrmann, co-owner of Longmont Dairy, received a call from Channel 7 News, for an interview about clarifying the definition of “milk,” she was happy to help.
